George Rogers Clark Quality Unit Ranking





- Re-chartering; Units will need to re-charter on time so that Advancement Reports and scout/leader/unit records can be maintained with accurate data. This is all or nothing rating based on LHC re-chartering program and data once a year. (District Executive Report)
- Roundtables; Units must be able to commit a registered leader, committee member or parent to represent their unit. District/Council information as well as training will be provided. This is an all or nothing rating which will be up-dated quarterly. (Roundtable commissioners sign-in log.)
- Training; Units must maintain a 100% trained registered leadership for your unit to qualify. This is updated quarterly based on District Training Chair records.
- Advancement; 75% or greater of all Crew, Boy-Scouts and Cub-Scouts must advance in a timely manner. Advancement report must be completed on-line /manual, and recorded at LHC. Records and copies must be properly maintained at unit level as well. (District Advancement Chair/Unit Commissioners, and GRC Membership Chair)
- Camps; Based on 6/30 registered Boy scouts in long-term camp. Based also on Cub-Scouts/Webelos Scouts registered 6/30 in day camp/resident camp/Cub-O, Camp-o-Rees. Half star rating is achieved if 80% or greater of unit scouts are registered. (Council records and District Camp Chair reports will be compiled) Half star rating is achieved if unit participates and offers High Adventure Programs annually at the Troop/Crew level.

- Units who maintain and achieve a George Rogers Clark five Star Rating will receive 100 year anniversary recognition, including community notification that your unit is ranked higher than National Scouting Standards. This is, and will be the pinnacle for all scouting units within Floyd, Harrison and Crawford Counties.
